Goodnight Nobody

Jennifer Weiner is one of those authors whose books you read about in People magazine and such, so I decided to try her out for a summer book. It was pretty good!

The story is about a housewife who moves to the 'burbs, but she is in a small town where everyone else and their kids are all perfect in every way. Then, one of her neigbors gets murdered. The rest of the book is a mystery about who did it, and the main character coming to terms with her family.

I liked Jennifer's writing style a lot--witty and quick. She is a good story teller, though I could have done without the R-rated language--it seemed so out of place. This was a quick and easy read, entertaining and fun. Decent read!
